If you're a follower of my blog, or know me in person you probably know that next year I'm going to both of the american parks. And you also probably know I'm a child, and as a child I have a slight disadvantage in the planning vacations. Even though I'm the most qualified to make the plans and do the doing, I'm broke and don't have enough money to do all the things I would like to do. So these tips aren't going to be regarding the Money aspect, although I will have post later on about how my parents save money.
1. I make tons of lists.
We're already a year out, and I've already started the packing lists, I've done this for each member of the family that's coming. I'e also made sure to do this on a google doc, and each member of the family gets a page. if the page isn't full I put tips and trick on the ends of them. The other types of lists I make are: the stuff I want to buy, the amount of money I've been saving, a list of all the rides my family wants to go on (so I can plan the Fast-passes+), and finally, the food and drinks we want to try.
2. I adjust myself to the sleeping schedule
This may seem a little extreme, but about 4 days to a week before start to get on Florida's sleep schedule. This, of course, makes it way easier to enjoy your trip because waking up won't be that big of a struggle.
3. Pack and Repack.
I can be known for obsessively packing and unpacking around 6 times a day. It's really important to me that I have enough room in my suitcase / carry on / park bag. Even if you only pack once, I recommend being very precise in your folding. And if you request I will give you some links for packing.
